Delete Your Data
How to erase everything the app uses — and what is kept where
Nexiter Live for BMW and MINI (com.flaxcreative.nexiter),
published by Bo Mikael Rosquist, trading as FLAX Creative,
has no user accounts and no developer servers. Data flows directly from BMW's CarData servers to your
phone and on to your own ABRP account — the developer never receives, stores, or has access to it. So
most of the deleting is something you do on your own device; the rest happens at BMW or at Iternio
(ABRP), inside the accounts you already hold with them.
How to delete your data

Erase credentials and settings inside the app
Open Nexiter LIVE → Settings →
Clear all data & reset. This stops the bridge and erases,
immediately and permanently:
- your BMW CarData tokens and client credentials (stored in the Android Keystore),
- your ABRP token (Android Keystore),
- all app settings, the trial start date and the API quota counters (app-local storage).
- Uninstall the app to remove everything else Uninstalling Nexiter LIVE removes the app's remaining local files, including the on-device diagnostic log files. To be precise: "Clear all data & reset" does not delete the diagnostic log files — uninstalling does.
- Revoke access at BMW (recommended) Sign in to the BMW CarData portal and delete the CarData client, or revoke the streaming subscription, that was created during setup. This stops BMW sending any further data. It is managed entirely by you, in your own BMW account.
- Delete the data held in your ABRP account Telemetry the app forwarded lives in your own ABRP account at Iternio. Deletion is done through ABRP's own account settings, or by contacting Iternio.
- Email us for anything held by the developer For beta-programme records (see the table below), email nexiter@flax-creative.com from the address you used to apply, with the subject "Delete my data". Requests are answered and actioned within 30 days, in line with the GDPR.

There is no analytics, no tracking, no advertising identifiers, and no developer-side copy of your vehicle data. Nothing of that kind exists to delete.
