Who is responsible

This website is run by Bo Mikael Rosquist (FLAX Creative), Carrer Avel-lina Casadevall 4, 08174 Sant Cugat del Valles, Barcelona, Spain. For anything in this policy, write to info@flax-creative.com.

The short version

This site has no database, no user accounts, no advertising and no analytics. The only personal data it collects is what you type into the contact form, and that is emailed straight to us rather than stored here. Joining the Nexiter LIVE beta happens on Google's services, not on this website — see below.

What we collect

1. The contact form

When you use the contact form you give us your name, email address and your message. These are sent to us by email and are not written to any database on this website.

• Why: to read your message and reply to it.
• Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where you are asking about work, and Article 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us — otherwise.
• How long: the email stays in our mailbox for as long as the correspondence is useful. Ask us to delete it and we will.

2. Spam protection

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you are not a bot. Cloudflare processes your IP address and some browser signals to do that. We also rate-limit submissions to one per minute: this stores a one-way hash of your IP address as a temporary filename on the server, with no plain-text address recorded, and it is deleted automatically within an hour.

3. Server logs

Our web server records standard access logs: IP address, timestamp, the page requested, the referring page and your browser's user-agent string. This is ordinary web-server operation, used for security and troubleshooting.

4. The Nexiter LIVE beta

This website no longer runs a beta application form. Joining the beta means joining a Google Group and opting in on Google Play. Both are Google services, governed by Google's own privacy policy — nothing about that reaches this website. As the owner of the group and of the Play testing track we can see the email addresses of people who have joined, and we use them only to run the test.

From the earlier application form we still hold a short log of the beta emails we sent — date, address, and which template. It is deleted automatically after 90 days. What the Nexiter LIVE app itself does with data is covered by its own privacy policy.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no browser storage of its own. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived token on the contact page as part of its bot check. There is nothing to consent to, which is why you are not being shown a cookie banner.

Analytics

We use no analytics or tracking services on this website. We may add privacy-respecting, anonymised visitor statistics in future; if we do, this page will be updated before it goes live.

Who else sees your data

We keep this list short on purpose.

• Brevo (Sendinblue, France) — delivers the contact-form email. It handles the name, address and message in transit.
• Cloudflare — the Turnstile bot check described above.
• Google — only if you join the beta, via Google Groups and Google Play. You deal with Google directly; this website is not involved.
• Our hosting provider — the server the site runs on, which holds the access logs.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising or profiling.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to:

• tell you what data of yours we hold, and give you a copy;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete it;
• restrict or object to how we use it.

Email info@flax-creative.com and we will answer within one month. If you think we have handled your data badly you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes — adding analytics, for instance — will be made here before they take effect.
